Meet The Team
Moses
Moses is one of Harvest Hope’s original borrowers and has worked with the organization since 2018. He is an experienced poultry and rice farmer and has been officially recognized in Kenya for his contributions to poultry farming education. He has trained thousands of individuals and currently oversees Harvest Hope’s operations on the ground. He loves spending time with his son, meeting members of the community, and making a difference.

Connor
Connor is one of the original founders of Harvest Hope and leads the organization today. He loves the East African people and has made several trips to Kenya and Tanzania. He works directly with Moses to oversee Harvest Hope’s operations on the ground in Kenya and coordinates the efforts of volunteers and interns in the US. He graduated from BYU in Finance and has worked in both management consulting and private equity. He loves spending time with his family, including his newborn baby boy, enjoying all kinds of outdoor activities, and learning new things from his friends in Kenya.
Billy
Billy is one of the original founders of Harvest Hope. He is working with the poultry farmers in Kenya - finding the best ways to help them succeed. In the US, he focuses on corporate fundraising. He loves spending time with his wife and two children and teaching them about the amazing culture in Kenya.
Dallin
Dallin is one of the original founders of Harvest Hope. He is the organization's controller and keeps records of all transactions in both the US and Kenya. He also works a day job in a similar role at a large tech company and got married earlier this year. He looks forward to his next trip to East Africa!

Dave
Dave has spent over three years as a volunteer in Argentina, Honduras, Kenya and Tanzania. He helps Harvest Hope with fundraising and impact tracking and has managed the organization's interns in the past. He and his wife are both currently in medical school preparing to become doctors.
Chad
Chad lived for two years as a volunteer in Ghana and now works directly with Harvest Hope's interns recruiting, working through logistics, and developing goals. He is on his way to becoming fluent in Swahili and loves showing off his dance moves for the kids.
Lauren
Lauren takes the lead in all social media and marketing and is the fundraising event guru. She was first a volunteer in Vietnam before joining Harvest Hope and loves to travel to new places around the world.
Miranda
Miranda oversees rice farming, crop harvesting and goats with our team in Kenya. She works on events, fundraising and the website. She graduated from the University of Utah and is an avid hiker, triathlon runner and yoga instructor.
